These Terms & Conditions govern the rules and regulations you must follow during your use of our services, including airport transfers, corporate transport, school transportation, oil field logistics, and luxury limousine services.
Please read these terms thoroughly as you automatically agree to comply with these terms when you book with us. We reserve the right to change these terms without any prior notice. Ongoing use of our services means you agree. By using our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
No smoking inside the vehicle.
Disruptive behavior like intoxication and damage to the vehicle will result in service termination without refund.
Highchairs or car seats for kids are available upon request, free of charge.
We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost items. Any items left in the vehicle are the client’s responsibility.
Overtime (if exists) will be billed in half hour increments. Make sure to book enough time to avoid extra charges.
A replacement vehicle will be provided if a breakdown or major repair occurs.
A cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of vomit, bodily fluids or any similar incidents.
Any repairs due to damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle will be charged to the responsible party.
We accept cash, debit or credit cards of Visa and Mastercard in AED.
It’s the user’s responsibility to keep their account confidential.
Book at least 24 hours in advance.
Make sure the details you provide during booking like pick up or drop off locations, passenger count, pickup time etc. are correct.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a percentage of the payment as an advance and a proof of the payment confirmation sent to us via email or WhatsApp.
Extra stops not specified at the time of booking.
Night or early morning services.
Waiting time beyond 30 minutes.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the service date and time will be fully refunded.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and only allowed if requested 48 hours before the service time.
If we cancel due to weather or other conditions, customer can choose between full refund or reschedule.
Follow the chauffer’s instruction for a safe ride.
Transport to high risk areas (like oil fields, etc.) may include extra safety waivers.
Our vehicles are fully insured.
